PNW Facade Solutions is an architectural building envelope representative serving the Pacific Northwest. We work with architects, contractors, and developers to support the selection and implementation of high-performance façade and roofing systems.

Founded in 2026, the company was built on a simple idea: better outcomes start with better guidance. Our approach is grounded in real architectural experience, allowing us to support project teams with practical insight, technical knowledge, and responsive service throughout the design and construction process.

We focus on being a trusted resource—not just a product representative—helping teams evaluate options early, navigate complexity, and move projects forward with confidence.

Bob Mohr brings more than two decades of architectural experience to the Pacific Northwest building envelope market. After earning his degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, he spent 20 years working with leading commercial design firms in Chicago and Seattle, including Callison, LMN, and Mithun.

He later transitioned to the owner side with Russell Investments, overseeing office design on a global scale, before moving into architectural sales in 2008. Over the next 17 years, he built and managed building envelope territories across the Northwest, developing strong relationships within the design community.

In 2026, Bob founded PNW Facade Solutions to offer a different kind of representation—one rooted in real architectural experience, not just product sales.

A Consultative Approach to the Building Envelope

At PNW Facade Solutions, we take a consultative, relationship-driven approach to every project. Our role is not to push products—it’s to help teams evaluate options, understand performance implications, and make informed decisions early in the design process.

We support projects from concept through installation, working closely with architects, contractors, and developers to ensure systems are well-coordinated, buildable, and aligned with project goals. By combining architectural insight with focused product expertise, we help deliver building envelope solutions that perform—both technically and aesthetically.

We represent industry-leading manufacturers, including Morin for architectural metal panel and rainscreen systems, and Ace Clamps for non-penetrating solar and snow retention solutions. Our focus is on delivering systems that integrate seamlessly into high-performance building designs.
